Berry Mania 4-Grain Pancakes
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl.
- Quickly mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and cook as you would normal pancakes.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
