Berry Mania 4-Grain Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Berry Mania fruit tea, ground
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1¾ cups milk
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 eggs

Directions

  1. Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl.
  2. Quickly mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and cook as you would normal pancakes.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
