Blood Orange Mimosa

Happy National Mimosa Day! Celebrate this fantastic holiday with our delicious mimosa recipe using Sipology Blood Orange Sunrise, black tea.


  • 1 oz Sipology by Steeped Tea Blood Orange Sunrise, Black Tea (steeped, cold)
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Champagne or Prosecco
  • Orange Slice (for garnish)


  1. Boil water and add Blood Orange Sunrise, black tea. Steep for 2-3 minutes, and let cool.
  2. Once cool, add the tea, orange juice and champagne to a 6oz champagne flute.
  3. Add orange slice to rim.
  4. Enjoy!
