Blueberry Cheesecake Parfait

These delicious parfait cups call for Bubbly Blueberry, Fruit Tea but you can use any of the Bubbly Tea flavors!

  • 3 cups yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Bubbly Blueberry, Fruit Tea
  • 8.5 oz cream cheese, softened (about one Philadelphia block)
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen) + berries for garnish
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers


  1. Mix 4 tbsp of Bubbly Blueberry, Fruit Tea into 3 cups yogurt - set aside 1 cup of mixture for top layer.
  2. Blend cream cheese with 2 cups of the yogurt Bubbly Blueberry mixture until whipped together.
  3. In a small saucepan, bring blueberries and sugar to a soft boil for 3-5 minutes until blueberries burst. Whisk together cornstarch and water and add to hot blueberry mixture. Mash and let cool.
  4. Layer ingredients in 5 small dessert dishes: Layers: 1st layer- graham crackers. 2nd layer- blueberry cream cheese mixture. 3rd layer - blueberries. 4th layer- top with 1 cup of the reserved Blueberry Bubbly Tea yogurt mixture. Top with berries and enjoy!
