Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (about 1/2 of a squeezed lemon)
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup plain kombucha
  • 1 oz white rum (optional)
  • 1 oz tequila (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients except kombucha in a blender or food processor.
  2. Pour blend into a tall glass and then the kombucha (and spirits) overtop.
  3. Garnish with mint if desired and serve.
