Butterbeer with Salted Caramel Whip

We've taken the famous Harry Potter drink to a new level with this Butterbeer recipe; it's full of flavor and not too sweet.


  • 24 oz (1 can) cream soda
  • 1 cup strongly brewed Better Be Butterscotch, Fruit Tea, chilled
  • 1 tbsp butterscotch syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Sweet Salted Caramel Matcha


  1. Divide the cream soda and Better Be Butterscotch tea between two glasses, set aside.
  2. Beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sugar, vanilla and matcha, then butter until just blended.
  3. Top the two glasses with whipped cream mixture and drizzle butterscotch syrup overtop. Enjoy!
