Canadian Peach Cocktail

If ripe Canadian peaches are in season where you are, you don't need an excuse to make this sweet little cocktail, even on a weeknight.

  • 1.5 oz Crown Royal
  • 1/3 oz Peach Schnapps Fruit Tea Syrup (see Description for details)
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1 lemon twist


  1. Make the Peach Schnapps Tea Syrup by brewing just one cup of the tea according to the directions on the bag. In a small saucepan, add the brewed tea and 1 cup of brown sugar and simmer on low until the sugar is dissolved. Cool.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add the Crown Royal, (1/3 oz) of the Fruit Tea Syrup and lemon juice. Shake for about 30 seconds until well-blended.
  3. Pour into a glass and add a lemon twist for garnish. Enjoy!
