  • .25 tsp salt
  • .5 cup unsalted butter, at room temp.
  • .75 cup lightly packed brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 18 caramels, unwrapped
  • .25 cup heavy cream

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine flour, Chocolate Brownie Sweet Dip Mix, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Mix well and then set aside.
  3. Using a stand mixer or electric beaters, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until well-blended.

  5. Add granulated sugar to a small bowl and roll 1 tbsp. balls of dough until coated. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.

  7. In a small, microwave-safe bowl, add unwrapped caramels and cream. Microwave in 30-second increments until stirred smooth.
  8. Fill the wells in the cookies with the caramel sauce and let cool. Enjoy!
