Coconut Matcha Chia Pudding
A quick and easy, sweet treat with all the benefits of matcha!

Ingredients
1 can Coconut milk
1 1/2 tsp Matcha (of your choice)
2 tbsp Maple syrup (more or less to taste)
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1/3 cup Toasted coconut (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
Directions
Combine coconut milk, matcha powder and maple syrup in food processor.
Transfer mixture to bowl, whisk in chia seeds.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
