Coconut Matcha Chia Pudding

A quick and easy, sweet treat with all the benefits of matcha!


  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Matcha (of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup (more or less to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup Toasted coconut (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)


  1. Combine coconut milk, matcha powder and maple syrup in food processor.
  2. Transfer mixture to bowl, whisk in chia seeds.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
