Cucumber Vegtea Boats


  • 1 package cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp Steeped Tea Lemon Dill Seasoning
  • 5 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
  • 12 mini cucumbers
  • Sunflower seeds or chia seeds


  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together.
  2. Cut mini cucumbers lengthwise down the middle.
  3. Scrape out the inside of the cucumber pieces with a melon baller. (Be sure to get all the seed sections but do not scrape right down to the bottom.)
  4. Fill cucumbers with mixture and top with either sunflower seeds, chia seeds or both!
  5. Cut cucumbers into two equal pieces for smaller appetizers. (optional)
