Earl Grey Bergamot Smooch

  • 44 ml Sipology's Earl Grey de la Crème, black tea
  • 59 ml Gin
  • 22 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml Lavender simple syrup* (make ahead)
  • ½ Fresh egg white
  • Make it a mocktail: Instead of gin, double the lavender syrup


  1. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until frothy. Strain into a glass.
  2. Lavender syrup*
  3. Bring 2 cups of water to boil, add 3 tbsp dried lavender and 1 cup of sugar.
  4. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cool and strain into a bottle and keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
