Earl Grey Bergamot Smooch
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until frothy. Strain into a glass.
- Lavender syrup*
- Bring 2 cups of water to boil, add 3 tbsp dried lavender and 1 cup of sugar.
- Simmer 5 minutes, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cool and strain into a bottle and keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
