Earl's Greyhound Cocktail
- 1 cup strongly prepared Earl Grey de la Creme, Black Tea
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1.5 oz. gin
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup ice
- While the Earl Grey de la Creme tea is still warm from brewing, add 1 tsp honey and stir (discard your tea leaves before adding honey).
- In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and half the ice. Shake until well-blended and chilled from the ice.
- Pour over ice and enjoy!
