Fall Fiesta Cheese Ball


  • 2 tbsps Sipology's Totally Taco Seasoning
  • 1 8 oz package of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 tbsps of salsa
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups of Cheddar Nacho Chips
  • 1 stem of a pepper


  1. Use a hand blender to mix together all of the ingredients. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  2. Form mixture into a ball or pumpkin shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge until just before serving.
  3. Crunch up cheddar nacho chips, and roll the cheeseball in the chips moments before serving.
  4. Place pepper stem on top to complete the look.
  5. Serve with nacho chips, veggies etc.
