Fall Fiesta Cheese Ball
- Use a hand blender to mix together all of the ingredients. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Form mixture into a ball or pumpkin shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge until just before serving.
- Crunch up cheddar nacho chips, and roll the cheeseball in the chips moments before serving.
- Place pepper stem on top to complete the look.
- Serve with nacho chips, veggies etc.
