Georgia Peach TEAlini

  • ½ cup chilled Georgia Peach, Rooibos Tea
  • Squeeze of lemon wedge
  • 1 peach, blended until smooth
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • Ginger ale or champagne
  • 1 ounce peach schnapps (optional)
  • Ice


  1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, except the ginger ale (or champagne)
  2. Divide between two martini glasses and top with either ginger ale or champagne.
  3. Garnish with peach slice.
