1 cup sugar (halve the sugar if you are using Sweet Matcha)
2 tbsp Coconut Matcha
1 cup (8 oz) vodka
4 cups ice
Make the Matcha Liqueur: Add 1 cup coconut (or whole dairy milk), sugar and matcha to a small saucepan and bring to a near-simmer. Remove from heat and whisk until matcha and sugar are dissolved. Let cool to room temperature.
Transfer the matcha-milk mixture to a vessel with enough room to add the vodka. Add the vodka and shake lightly.
Make the cocktail: Fill a glass with ice and pour the Matcha Liqueur overtop (as much as you'd like). Gently pour reserved milk on top and enjoy!
