Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 2 tsp Sipology's Iron Boost - Dutch Chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup milk or milk substitute
  • ⅓ cup oil (grapeseed or canola)
  • ½ cup powdered monk fruit sweetener or icing sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp milk or milk alternative
  • 1 stick of Sipology's Sweet Salted Caramel Matcha (or matcha flavor of preference)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a donut pan with coconut oil cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all donut ingredients.
  3. Spoon the batter into the donut pan. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Remove from the pan and place on a wire rack to continue cooling.
  4. While the donuts are cooling, make the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk powdered monk fruit sweetener (or icing sugar), milk, and matcha until combined.
  5. Dip donuts in the glaze and allow 15-20 minutes to set. Enjoy!
