Kombucha Gummy Bears

Enjoy these delicious Kombucha Gummy Bears!


  • 1/2 cup Kombucha (flavor of your choice, we used our Peachy Keen Fruit Tea)
  • 1/3 cup Gelatin
  • Honey (to taste)


  1. In a small pot, very gently heat your fruit tea kombucha over very LOW heat. Don’t get it too hot, as it will lose important bacteria.
  2. Whisk in your gelatin and honey (if desired) until everything has been mixed together.
  3. Gently pour your kombucha, gelatin and honey mixture into your gummy bear mold.
  4. Refrigerate until they are firm (at least an hour)
  5. Remove Gummy Bears from mold and enjoy!
