Layered Peach Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen or fresh peaches, chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen or fresh mango, chopped
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • ?2/3 cup Orange juice (if using frozen fruit)
  • 2 cups Your favorite chia pudding, plain (Make ahead)
  • 1 tsp Sweet Peach Matcha
  • Blueberries and almond slivers

Directions

  1. For peach puree: Blend fresh/frozen fruit, lime juice and orange juice in a blender
  2. Add matcha to pudding and mix well
  3. Add 1/4 cup of peach puree to bottom of serving glasses
  4. Continue layering with chia pudding as desired, alternating layers
  5. Top with blueberries and nuts. Enjoy!
