Lemony Kombucha Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1/2 Orange, juiced
1/2 Lime, juiced
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
7 tsp Kombucha
2 tsp Mustard of your choice (we used Dijon)
1/2 cup Sunflower oil
1/2 cup Olive oil
Orange zest
Lemon zest
Lime zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine kombucha, juice and mustard by hand or with a blender.
Stir in both oils slowly until combined.
Add in zests and add salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle over salad and enjoy!
