Citrus gets all the attention in this simple White Tea cocktail.
1.5 oz Tanqueray Gin infused with Limoncello, White Tea (see Description for details)
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup (see Description for details)
3 oz Prosecco
lemon twist, for garnish
Make the Limoncello, White Tea infused gin, just steep 3 tbsp of tea in 350 ml of gin for about 6 hours, or to taste.
Make the Simple Syrup (visit http://recipes.sipology.com/recipe/simple-syrup to whip up this sweet cocktail staple)
Add tea-infused gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake for about 30 seconds until chilled and well-blended.
Pour into a champagne glass and top with Prosecco and lemon twist. Enjoy!
