Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Tanqueray Gin infused with Sipology's Limoncello, White Tea (see description for details)
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup (see Description for details)
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

  1. Make the Limoncello, White Tea infused gin, just steep 3 tbsp of tea in 350 ml of gin for about 6 hours, or to taste.
  2. Make the Simple Syrup (visit http://recipes.sipology.com/recipe/simple-syrup to whip up this sweet cocktail staple)
  3. Add tea-infused gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake for about 30 seconds until chilled and well-blended.
  4. Pour into a champagne glass and top with Prosecco and lemon twist. Enjoy!
