Matcha Green Beer

Enjoy St. Paddy's Day in style with this awesome green bevy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Sipology's Premium Matcha
  • 12 oz Bottle of a pilsner-style beer
  • 1 oz Water
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix match in water with a whisk until a layer of foam begins to form over the top (no clumps).
  2. Add lemon juice.
  3. Pour the matcha mixture into a pint glass.
  4. SLOWLY top with beer to prevent foam from overflowing.
