Wagon Wheel Pasta Salad


  • 1 cup whole-grain wagon wheel pasta
  • 2/3 cup minced carrot
  • ½ cup peas
  • ½ cup diced part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Steeped Tea MinTEA Mediterranean Dressing Mix, prepared as vinaigrette


  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Let cool. (Stir them every once in a while to be sure they aren't getting sticky.)
  2. Cook peas according to directions and let cool.
  3. Prepare vinaigrette by combining 1 tbsp of MinTea Mediterannean Dressing Mix with ¼ cup olive oil and 1½ tsp lemon juice.
  4. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir.
