Carefully take out the crust from one of the Tenderflake pie pans and set aside.
Combine nuts, melted butter and brown sugar.
Place in the pie pan.
Place the pie crust on top of the pecan mixture in a pie plate.
In a skillet, cook apples with 3 tablespoons butter over medium high and heat for 2 minutes.
Add the prepared Steeped Tea Chai latte.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cinnamon.
Drain apples and place in the pie crust; combine 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tsp Steeped Tea Chai latte mix together and sprinkle on top of the pie.
Lift the second pie crust out of the pie plate and place on top of the apples.
Use a fork to seal edges and cut a few slits in top crust to allow venting.
Place the pie on the middle rack and bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven and immediately turn the pie upside down onto a serving plate.
