Ingredients

  • 2 cups hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Sipology Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
  • 2 tsp mayo
  • 1 english muffin, toasted
  • tomato slices
  • sprouts for garnish

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, add the hard-boiled eggs, Peppercorn Ranch Dressing and mayo. Using a fork, blend the ingredients to your desired consistency.
  2. Cut the english muffin in half and toast in a toaster. Slice a few slices of tomato and place on the toasted english muffin.
  3. Top with the egg mixture and fresh sprouts. Enjoy!
