Pineapple Rum Sour

  • 4 tsp Pineapple Rum Cocktail, Green Tea
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 4 oz white rum
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 lime, sliced into wedges


  1. Using a small jar with a lid, pour in rum and 2 tsp of tea. Close lid tight and steep for two hours or overnight in the fridge.
  2. Steep 2 tsp of tea in 1 cup boiling water for 4 minutes and chill in the fridge.
  3. When ready to serve, strain the tea leaves from the rum and pour into a cocktail shaker.
  4. Blend the chilled tea, lime juice, rum and ice in the shaker and split between two glasses with ice and lime wedges.
