Pumpkin Swirl Chai Ice Cream

Absolutely hands-down the best ice cream you will ever have. Change up the tea flavor for variety!

  • 2 cups heavy cream (whipping cream)
  • 14 oz (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin pie filling (optional)
  • 2 tsp Sipology's Pumpkin Banana Bread, Fruit Tea (or any similar flavor)


  1. Using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle, grind the tea to a fine powder and set aside.
  2. Whip the cream in a stand mixer or with an electric beater until stiff peaks form and fold in sweetened condensed milk with a spatula.
  3. Using a teaspoon, drop dollops of pie filling into the cream and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Sift tea powder over the mixture with a fine sieve and gently fold just until you see swirls of pie filling throughout.
