  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp. Sipology's Vitamin C Boost
  • 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (we used raspberry yogurt)


  1. Blend all the ingredients in a small bowl, making sure the oats are well-incorporated.
  2. Transfer to a small jar or container with a lid and store in the fridge for 12-24 hours. Enjoy!
  3. Tip: Your overnight oats can keep in the fridge for about 3 days, but best enjoyed after 12 hours.
