1 tbsp Sipology's Raspberry Cosmopolitan, Oolong Tea (or similar flavor)
4 oz club soda
1 oz gin
1 oz white rum
handful of raspberries for garnish
mint for garnish, roughly chopped
1/2 cup ice
Make the oolong tea-infused simple syrup by combining the water, sugar and tea in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil briefly and stir until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat immediately and let cool.
Add a few raspberries, chopped mint and ice cubes to a tumbler.
Add 1 oz of the cooled simple syrup, spirits and lastly the soda. Enjoy!
