  • 1 tbsp Southern Peach Smash, Fruit Tea
  • 1 fresh peach
  • 1 oz Whiskey or Bourbon
  • 1 can sparkling water (optional)
  • 1 mint sprig for garnish
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice


  1. Brew 1 tbsp of Southern Peach Smash in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes.
  2. Let it chill to room temperature or colder.
  3. Cut the peach into thin slices. Muddle the peach slices at the bottom of a glass.
  4. Pour 1 oz Whiskey or Bourbon over the top of the peaches and stir.
  5. Add some ice to another glass and pour chilled tea over ice.
  6. Pour the muddled peaches over mixture and stir again.
  7. Top with a splash of sparkling water to add some bubbles (optional).
  8. Garnish with peach slices, mint sprig, and enjoy!
