Strawberry Berry Mania Sorbet


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup prepared and cooled Sipology's Berry Mania, Fruit Tea
  • 6 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice


  1. Combine sugar and Berry mania tea in a small pot over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally until all the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool for 20 minutes.
  4. In a blender, put Berry Mania mixture, sliced strawberries and lemon juice.
  5. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
  6. Spoon the sorbet into a freezer-safe container.
  7. Cover and freeze until firm (about 4 hours).
