Begin this cocktail the night ahead by infusing 1 tbsp Pineapple Rum Cocktail, Green Tea in the rum, using a Steeping Sack. Alternatively, you can put the tea right into the rum and strain before use. Do the same with the Italian Orange Soda and vodka. Steep for 24-48 hours for best flavor, then discard the tea leaves.
When your spirits are infused with the tea, pour 3 oz. of rum and 3 oz. of vodka into a cocktail shaker.
Add about 4 oz. of pineapple juice or more, to taste. Add 1.5 oz. of simple syrup.
Add ice and shake to get the cocktail nice and cold, and to blend the flavors well.
Pour into two cocktail glasses and top with sparkling water. Enjoy!
