  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp Sipology's Probiotic Boost - Summer Strawberry
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter alternative
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 optional toppings for bowl, such as strawberries, blueberries, coconut, granola, etc.


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until creamy.
  2. Add to a bowl, and top with berries, coconut, and any other additional toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
