The Godfather Cocktail

The Godfather was all the rage in the 1970s, and because it's Retro Month here at Sipology, we decided to put our own spin on this classic cocktail!


  • 2 oz Sipology Amaretto, Rooibos Tea (steeped and cooled)
  • 1 oz Bourbon or Scotch
  • 1 oz Amaretto


  1. Steep one tablespoon of Amaretto, Rooibos Tea in 8oz of boiled water for about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Let cool (approximately 20 minutes).
  3. In a glass, add 3-4 ice cubes. Pour in tea, scotch and amaretto.
